Job summary

Woolworths Financial Services in Cape Town seeks a results-driven sales professional to optimize the selling of FS products in-store. You will work with store staff to support selling activities and strengthen relationships with customers in line with sales strategies.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing, Matric, and a strong customer service mindset to achieve targets within our store network.

Qualifications

• Strong sales focus with the ability to build relationships.
• Matric is required.
• At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of Sales operating plans in stores in line with business strategies, policies and procedures.
• Manage personal sales activities in line with agreed sales targets and performance measures.
• Ensure compliance with customer service and sales policies, procedures and operating plans, highlight operational risks and escalate as needed to Regional Sales Manager.
• Integrate with ROG and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Present weekly portfolio performance to Team Leader with timely communications and reports.
• Provide accurate communication on operational activities within the store sales environment.
• Assist in changes to products, processes and systems as improvements are implemented.
