Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales/marketing experience.
• Retail or financial services experience is a plus.
• FAIS Fit & Proper compliance is required for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in-store to promote and sell financial services products.
• Build relationships with store teams to drive sales.
• Own your numbers and manage personal sales pipeline.
• Track and report weekly on sales performance and customer growth.
• Stay compliant with company policies and regulations while seeking process improvements.
