Responsibilities

• Hunt for Opportunities: Proactively engage with customers in-store to promote and sell Financial Services products, turning everyday shoppers into loyal financial services clients.
• Build Relationships to Drive Sales: Partner with store teams to integrate sales activities into their daily routine.
• Own Your Numbers: Take full accountability for individual sales targets and manage your personal sales pipeline.
• Track & Report on Your Wins: Monitor sales performance and present a weekly report to your Team Leader.
• Stay Sharp & Compliant: Ensure all sales activities comply with policies and regulations.
