Qualifications

• Grade 12 or 1 year related work experience.

• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge all customers and determine their needs.
• Advise customers correctly on products.
• Assist customers with product queries and complaints timely.
• Add-on sales (e.g. paints and accessories).
• Ensure efficient customer service by loading purchases without delays.
• Ensure area is safe, stock merchandised and price-labelled correctly.
• Report discrepancies to Store Manager.
