P&L is seeking a General Assistant for internal applications in Vahlave. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking and merchandising, and accurate shelf labeling within the designated area.

You will handle loading of goods and help customers with queries and add-on sales. Requirements include Grade 12 or 1 year related experience, proficient English and local language communication, basic math ability, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Competenze

• Grade 12 or 1 year work-related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and the dominant language spoken in the area.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive customer service in-store.
• Load and merchandize stock, label shelves and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist customers with product queries and add-on sales.
• Ensure customers are assisted promptly and purchases are loaded without delay.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in your aisle and ensure proper price labelling.
