Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to join its stores in Cape Town. You will provide knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, promote merchandise, and manage stock and store presentation to maximise sales and customer loyalty.

You'll engage with customers, answer product questions, and strive to meet monthly targets through cross-selling and up-selling while upholding brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Experience within beauty / skincare / retail / FMCG environment / sales or marketing environment
• Ability to consult with customers, answer product questions and advise on best products
• Strong focus on meeting monthly sales targets through promotion and upselling
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products and current trends

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and advise on best products to meet their needs
• Drive sales in the beauty department through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to offerings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, promotions and events
• Efficiently manage stock and housekeeping in the beauty department
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards are met
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador
