Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty/retail or FMCG environment preferred.
• Strong selling principles and customer-facing skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and advise on best products to meet their needs.
• Drive sales through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling to meet targets.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to offerings.
• Maintain updated knowledge of beauty ranges, trends, promotions.
• Execute stock management, minimise shrinkage, and keep store tidy.
• Ensure in-store visuals and promotional standards are met.
• Deliver friendly, professional service as a brand ambassador.
• Enroll new Clicks clubcard members to boost loyalty targets.
• Promote private label and exclusive products to increase profitability.
• Support the brand to be the customer’s first choice in health and beauty.
