Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver service excellence and expert advice on beauty and skincare products in-store.

You will promote merchandise, manage stock, and maintain housekeeping standards while building customer loyalty and driving sales. This permanent role reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities within Clicks' beauty department.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Experience within beauty / skincare / retail / FMCG environment or sales/marketing.
• Strong understanding of selling principles and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers and advise on best beauty products to meet needs.
• Drive sales through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling to hit monthly targets.
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, trends and promotions.
• Manage stock, minimise shrinkage and keep housekeeping standards.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising and promotional standards.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador.
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet targets.
