Our client, an established software solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join their Implementation and Client Success team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation, configuration and deployment of software solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves working closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand business processes, translate requirements into system functionality, and ensure successful software implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software implementation, client onboarding or business analysis, with excellent client engagement, training and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage software implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, map processes and conduct gap analyses.
  
• Configure and customise software applications according to client-specific requirements.
  
• Perform database setup and configuration, including working with SQL databases.
  
• Translate business processes into functional system requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  
• Conduct system testing to ensure functionality meets client expectations and project scope.
  
• Facilitate on-site and remote system training for clients and end-users.
  
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, business requirements and project records.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Process Analysis or Project Management.

• Knowledge of SQL database management and configuration.
  
• Experience gathering business requirements, mapping processes and documenting functional specifications.
  
• Ability to configure software solutions according to business and client requirements.

Advantageous Experience
