Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with youth programs in a non-profit setting.
• Proven experience coordinating programs, curriculums, and facilitation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong organization, time management and relationship-building abilities.
• Hybrid work experience; First Aid or Youth Mental Health First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and coordinate youth empowerment programs for skills, education and career readiness.
• Recruit and mentor youth participants; develop workshops and activities.
• Build relationships with schools, community centers and youth-serving organisations.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, resources and participant tracking.
• Monitor progress, collect feedback and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with fundraising to identify funding sources and assist grant applications.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment and stay updated on best practices.
