Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project coordination or youth work experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with data collection and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of youth empowerment projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to meet timelines.
• Engage with youth beneficiaries, providing guidance.
• Build relationships with schools and community centers.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and prepare reports.
• Support workshops, training, and mentorship events.
• Ensure effective communication among beneficiaries, partners, and team.
• Manage project resources and logistics.
• Contribute to evaluation and identify improvement areas.
• Promote project activities within Benoni and surrounding areas.
