Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Program Manager for a well-established non-profit empowering disadvantaged youth in Centurion, Gauteng. The role blends on-site engagement with remote work in a hybrid setup, overseeing program development, implementation, and evaluation.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic vision, strong leadership, and effective stakeholder management to drive positive outcomes for youth across partnerships with schools and community bodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in non-profit/youth development.
• Proven track record designing and managing programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and ongoing management of youth development programs.
• Develop curricula, activities, and resource allocation plans.
• Supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Monitor performance, collect data, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Manage program budgets with financial accountability.
• Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing.
• Organize community engagement events, workshops and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
