Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Youth Development, Education or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' direct experience with youth in programs.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver youth-focused programs.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with schools and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging youth development programs.
• Coordinate program logistics including scheduling and venues.
• Recruit, train, supervise volunteers and mentors.
• Build relationships with local schools and youth organizations.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions for youth.
• Monitor participation and report on outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
