Job summary

Metropolitan is a long-standing SA financial services brand dedicated to affordable solutions for financial growth and security. This role targets attracting, acquiring and retaining clients by selling products and delivering after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with prospective clients, perform affordability analysis, capture accurate information, meet targets, and operate under FAIS/RE5 guidance. Based in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a Sales/Call Centre environment is essential.
• 2 years’ experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification is required.
• FAIS compliance requirements and RE5 certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products.
• Sell products in line with client needs after affordability checks.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
• Capture client information and sales accurately in systems.
• Complete administrative and reporting requirements within timeframes.
• Achieve targets on production, quality and conversion.
• Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.
