The role focuses on attracting, acquiring and retaining clients by selling company products and providing after-sales service to ensure client retention.

The position requires 2–3 years in sales/call centre and 2 years in insurance/financial services with FAIS compliance and RE5.

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales or call centre experience.
2 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services industry rendering financial advice.
Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
FAIS compliance requirements.
Regulatory examination (RE) 5.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products.
Sell products aligned with clients’ financial needs after affordability analysis.
Advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
Accurately capture client information and sales actions in the systems.
Complete administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
Achieve targets on production, quality and conversion.
Ensure compliance with sales legislation and processes.
Provide financial advice aligned with the engagement strategy to improve client financial wellness.
