Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a results-driven Financial Advisor to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling a range of financial products. You will provide after-sales service to ensure client retention and contribute to market growth, while maintaining compliance and professional client engagement.

Required are 2–3 years in sales or call centre, plus FAIS and RE5; matric is essential, with a driver’s license preferred for field activity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a Sales/ Call Centre environment (essential).
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous).
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification; FAIS compliance and RE5 are required.
• Driver’s license and own transport desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products.
• Sell products in line with client needs after affordability analysis.
• Capture client information and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Provide financial advice and maintain compliant client service delivery.
