Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a results-driven financial adviser to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products and providing after-sales service to ensure client retention and growth.

You will engage with prospective clients, conduct affordability analyses, provide compliant financial advice, and maintain accurate records while meeting targets and adhering to FAIS and RE5 standards.

A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Field Sales/ Call Centre environment is essential.
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services industry is advantageous.
• FAIS compliance and RE 5 regulatory knowledge
• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products by conducting affordability analysis to achieve clients’ financial goals.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of products and document client information and actions.
• Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Meet targets on production, quality and conversion while ensuring compliance.
