Job summary

You will provide after-sales service and guidance to ensure client retention, growth in market share and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years experience in a Sales/ Call Centre environment (essential)
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry rendering financial advice (advantageous)
• FAIS Compliance Requirements and RE5 already met or in progress

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight product features and benefits based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products aligned to client needs after affordability analysis to meet financial goals.
• Provide financial advice in line with engagement strategy to enhance client wellness.
• Capture client information and all actions accurately in the systems and complete administrative/reporting within deadlines.
• Achieve targets on production, quality and conversion while adhering to compliance requirements.
