Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
• 2 years’ experience in insurance/financial services advising (advantageous).
• Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
• Finance or Business related tertiary qualification (desirable).
• Driver’s license and own transport (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight product features based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products aligned with client needs using affordability analyses.
• Calculate and advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
• Accurately capture client information and actions in the systems.
• Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve targets on production, quality and conversion.
• Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process per legislation.
• Provide financial advice aligned with the engagement strategy to boost client wellness.
• Investigate client queries and ensure timely feedback.
• Escalate client queries to the relevant department and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate information and advice to clients for appropriate services.
• Provide regular reports on service delivery against SLAs and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to client service and fair treatment.
• Contribute to a culture of rewarding relationships and exceptional service.
• Proactively build relationships by presenting our financial advisory offerings.
