Qualifications

Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification.
2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
2 years’ experience in the insurance/financial services industry providing financial advice (advantageous).
FAIS Fit and Proper compliance.
Driver’s licence and own transport (desirable).

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
Sell products in line with client’s financial needs after affordability analysis.
Advise on tax and legal implications of products.
Accurately capture client information and sales on systems.
Complete all administrative and reporting requirements within agreed timeframes.
Achieve targets on production, quality and conversion.
Maintain compliance with the sales process and regulations.
Provide financial advice aligned with the engagement strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
