FirstRand Group, through its FNB Life and Investments divisions, seeks a Business Management Consultant to build enduring relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and help grow their advisory businesses with innovative financial solutions and exceptional service.

The role focuses on providing product guidance, facilitating collaboration between advisors and product specialists, and staying informed on industry developments to deliver value and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Matric NQF 5 qualification.
• 3–5 years Broker Consulting experience in Investments and IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions to advisors.
