Job summary

FNB in Cape Town is seeking a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant to own key advisor relationships and grow the business by offering FirstRand investment, life and related solutions.

You will train and support Independent Financial Advisors, identify opportunities, and collaborate with product specialists while travelling locally to build partnerships and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Matric and NQF 5 with RE5 qualifications required.
• 3–5 years broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA.
• Experience with Group Risk, Life and Investment products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify business development opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions; collaborate with product specialists.
