Job summary

FirstRand Life Assurance Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Business Management Consultant to be the primary relationship holder with Independent Financial Advisors. You will provide product training on Life, Investments, and other FirstRand products, support growth, and deliver exceptional service to advisors.

Qualifications

Matric NQF 5 qualification is required or similar.
RE5 qualification preferred for broker consulting roles within Investments/IFA environment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
