Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Business Management Consultant to manage key relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and drive adoption of FirstRand financial solutions. You will train advisors, pursue growth opportunities, and collaborate with product specialists on complex needs.

Ideal candidates have NQF5/RE5, 3–5 years broker consulting experience in investments and IFAs, plus 3+ years Life Assurance exposure. Travel locally and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Matric and NQF 5 or higher qualifications are required.
• RE5 qualification and Class of Business training are essential.
• 3-5 years broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA environment.
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.
