FNB in Cape Town seeks a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant to deepen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors and grow advisory networks with innovative financial solutions and exceptional service.

You will provide product guidance and training on FNB Life, Investments, and other FirstRand offerings, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with product specialists to meet advisor needs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Matric with NQF5 qualification and RE5 is required.
Broker consulting experience in Investments/IFA environment is essential.
3+ years Life Assurance experience and related training.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.
