Job summary

Profile Personnel invites applications for an ICT Sales Executive to join a dynamic team and drive new business growth across the Eastern Cape. The role focuses on selling ICT solutions including Microsoft 365, Antivirus & Endpoint Protection, Firewall Management, PCs and IT Services to enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience in ICT, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Sales or ICT qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Eastern Cape.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend ICT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to closing.
• Cross-sell and upsell ICT products and solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products and competitor activity.

Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of ICT solutions? We are looking for an ICT Sales Executive to join a dynamic team and drive new business growth across the Eastern Cape.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant Sales or ICT qualification will be advantageous
• 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably within ICT, IT or a related industry
• Experience selling ICT solutions such as Microsoft 365, Antivirus & Endpoint Protection, Firewall Management, PCs and IT Services
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
• Strong customer relationship-building abilities
• Good understanding of business technology and ICT solutions
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products and competitor activity
• Attend customer meetings, presentations and site visits
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to support successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management
