Profile Personnel is seeking an ICT Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the Eastern Cape. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident and customer-focused, with a proven track record in ICT solutions sales and the ability to travel across the Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• 2–3 years' ICT sales experience.
• Experience selling ICT solutions such as Microsoft 365, Antivirus & Endpoint Protection, Firewall Management, PCs and IT Services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend appropriate ICT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and other sales activities.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to closing.
• Cross-sell and upsell ICT products and solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products and competitor activity.
• Attend customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to support successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
