Recruitment Web is seeking an Automotive Sales Executive for Durban to drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales in a hybrid showroom/remote setup. You will engage walk-in customers, qualify needs, present options, and guide buyers through the purchase and financing process.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales or similar target-driven sales roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in cars and knowledge of automotive features.
• Ability to work in a hybrid showroom/remote sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in and online customers to identify their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options effectively.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms to close deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
