Placements24 is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Representative to cover Durban and surrounding areas. This hybrid role blends field client engagement with office-based support, driving growth through new business and by managing existing accounts.

You will present products, negotiate terms, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and targets are met in KwaZulu-Natal's industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role within industrial equipment or machinery.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales objectives for industrial equipment.
• Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and post-sales service.
• Stay informed about market trends and product developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports detailing territory performance and forecasts.
