This hybrid role ensures secure, available voice and data services through careful configuration, troubleshooting and end-user support.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years’ telecoms experience, IT/CS qualifications, and proficiency in PBX, VoIP, IP networking, and UC platforms (Teams Voice, Cisco UC).

Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience managing and supporting telecommunications systems.
Proficiency with PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and IP networking.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain PBX and VoIP platforms and UC solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement preventative measures.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations for telecom services.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to telecom systems.
Implement system updates, patches and security enhancements.
