Placements24 seeks a dedicated Recruitment Consultant in Paarl to source and place professionals in warehousing, transport, procurement, and operations management across the supply chain and logistics sector.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from client consultation to candidate placement, build a strong network, and develop sourcing strategies. The role offers hybrid work and clear opportunities for career growth within a specialist team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience sourcing for roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, or Procurement Officer.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid work model is available.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across the supply chain and logistics spectrum, including Supply Chain Managers, Logistics Coordinators, Warehouse Supervisors, and Procurement Specialists.
