Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead its Supply Chain and Logistics division in East London, Eastern Cape. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across procurement, warehousing, transport, and operations, combining in-office collaboration with remote work.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruitment, a proven track record sourcing top talent, strong client management skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Proven track record sourcing and placing professionals in procurement, warehousing, transportation and operations.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain market and key functions.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software, online sourcing tools and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Supply Chain and Logistics roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using networks, job boards and platforms.
• Screen candidates through interviews and skills assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Support business development to grow client base in the sector.
