• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for supply chain and logistics roles from entry to senior management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, Warehouse Manager, and Operations Analyst.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in manufacturing, retail, distribution, and other logistics-intensive industries.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and best practices in supply chain and logistics.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical expertise and operational knowledge.
• Negotiate offer packages and facilitate onboarding.
