You will manage the full recruitment cycle from entry to senior roles, developing targeted sourcing strategies and engaging candidates and clients to optimize supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience focused on supply chain and logistics.
• Experience sourcing and placing in procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.
• Understanding of supply chain principles and operational workflows.
• Strong sourcing, networking, interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for supply chain and logistics roles from entry to senior management.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, Warehouse Manager, and Operations Analyst.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in manufacturing, retail, distribution, and other logistics-intensive industries.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and best practices in supply chain and logistics.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate technical expertise and operational knowledge.
• Negotiate offer packages and facilitate onboarding.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and global supply chain trends.
• Network proactively within the supply chain and logistics community.
• Ensure accurate updates of candidate information and recruitment activities within the ATS.
