Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Manager in Benoni, Gauteng, to lead its community initiatives. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of programs to address societal challenges and improve beneficiaries' lives.

You will design robust M&E systems, analyze data, and report findings to drive strategic decisions. A Master's in a relevant field and at least six years' experience are preferred, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in social impact assessment or related field.
• Experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies to maximize social impact across programs.
• Design and manage monitoring and evaluation systems to track outcomes.
• Analyze data, generate reports, identify learnings and improvements.
• Collaborate with program teams to align with impact goals.
• Engage stakeholders and partners to gather feedback.
• Communicate social impact to internal and external audiences.
• Manage budgets related to impact assessment and evaluation.
