Qualifications

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in social impact management, community development, or non-profit leadership.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating social programs.
• Strong understanding of social impact measurement frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and fundraising.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.
• Experience working in the Sandton or Gauteng region is advantageous.
• Deep commitment to social justice and sustainable community development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify community needs and opportunities for intervention and program development.
• Design, manage, and oversee the implementation of various community development projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders in Gauteng.
• Develop and manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, collecting data and producing impact reports.
• Lead fundraising and partnership development efforts to secure financial and in-kind support.
• Represent the organization in relevant forums and advocate for community development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
