Communicate the organization's social impact to internal and external audiences. Identify opportunities for innovation and strategic partnerships to enhance impact. Manage budgets related to impact assessment and program evaluation. Stay abreast of trends and advancements in social impact and sustainability.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in social impact assessment, program evaluation, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit sector. Proven ability to design and implement effective M&E frameworks. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent report writing and presentation abilities. Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Knowledge of various social impact methodologies and tools. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across different teams. A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
