Placements24 in Port Elizabeth is seeking an experienced Social Impact Manager to lead strategy and execution of social programs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. You will measure, report, and communicate impact to stakeholders while guiding teams in the Eastern Cape region.

The role requires a Master's in a relevant field and 5+ years in impact assessment or social program management, with strong analytics and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or social program management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep commitment to social justice and understanding of Port Elizabeth needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact across all programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
• Create reports and materials to articulate the organization's social impact to stakeholders, donors, and the public.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into program design and delivery.
• Stay abreast of best practices and innovations in social impact measurement and reporting.
