• Tertiary qualification in social work or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Community & Social Care.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• In-depth knowledge of South Africa's social welfare systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel within Gauteng.
• Commitment to social justice and community empowerment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive community support strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of community outreach programs, ensuring high service standards.
• Manage a team of support workers with guidance and supervision.
• Conduct needs assessments for individuals and families, creating personalized plans.
• Liaise with external agencies, healthcare providers, and local government bodies.
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect data, and report on KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and ethical guidelines in Gauteng.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations calmly and professionally.
• Organize and facilitate community engagement events and workshops.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
