Qualifications

• Proven experience as Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar admin role.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate transaction lifecycle, including contracts, disclosures and closing.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the transaction process from contract initiation to closing.
• Prepare and review documents for accuracy and compliance with laws and policies.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors and others.
• Track deadlines and milestones; provide timely status updates.
• Stay current with South Africa real estate laws and Sandton market practices.
