Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
Familiarity with Soweto and Gauteng market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage the transaction process from ratified offer to closing.
Prepare and distribute all transaction documents and disclosures.
Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and lenders to meet deadlines.
Maintain organized transaction files both physically and digitally.
Track key dates and milestones throughout the process.
Assist agents with pre-listing documentation and coordination.
Communicate updates and gather information from all parties.
Address issues proactively and ensure regulatory compliance.
Facilitate information flow to ensure smooth closing.
