Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in industrial engineering, operations analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production, inventory, and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to drive efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource optimization studies.
• Document SOPs and best practices.
• Forecast demand and optimize resource allocation using statistical modeling.
• Support implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Train and mentor junior team members on analytical tools.
• Present findings to senior management and drive data-informed decisions.
