Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years’ hands-on industrial engineering experience, focused on process optimization in manufacturing.
Proven use of lean tools (5S/Kaizen/Value Stream Mapping).
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of manufacturing and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement optimized production workflows and layouts using lean principles.
Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation analyses.
Develop data-driven cost reduction and quality improvement strategies.
Manage and drive CI projects using Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to implement processes.
Develop SOPs and work instructions; train staff on new processes.
Prepare reports on performance, projects, and savings; ensure safety & regulatory compliance.
