Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA, or ACCA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial planning software such as Anaplan or Hyperion is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast updates.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial support and analysis for new initiatives, projects, and business cases.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of investor relations materials, if required.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes and analytical tools.
