Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA is a strong plus.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers for management insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform due diligence on acquisitions or divestitures.
• Monitor financial metrics and report trends and deviations.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Provide mentorship to junior financial analysts.
