Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews and workshops.
• Translate requirements into functional/non-functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams throughout the agile lifecycle.
• Facilitate prioritization, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and contribute to process improvements.
