Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a renowned management consultancy in Centurion. This hybrid role blends remote flexibility with essential in‑office collaboration to bridge business needs and technology, driving enterprise‑wide system implementations.

You will elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications (BPMN aware), and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gain consensus and sign‑off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for IT systems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and gain consensus.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation phases.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Contribute to strategic planning and the evaluation of new technology solutions.
