Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial services and systems.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial products, banking operations, or investment management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new financial system implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Develop detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT, project managers, and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on financial systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
