Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate Business Analyst to join their operations team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The hybrid role blends office collaboration with remote work, focusing on capturing business needs and shaping technical solutions across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business process modelling tools (Visio) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, balancing remote work with regular office attendance in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, ZA.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to represent business needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Support project managers in planning and executing project tasks.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
