Job summary

Whistle in Cape Town is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to support a global cybersecurity client. The role starts with 4 days in-office and 1 day from home, transitioning to 2 in-office and 3 days from home, ideal for B2B tech sales professionals.

You will engage with existing customers, understand their needs, and drive adoption of security solutions, especially DMARC, email and network security, in collaboration with account managers.

Qualifications

• Native or professional-level English proficiency with clear and concise communication.
• 2+ years in cold calling with multiple outreach channels (phone, LinkedIn, email).
• Experience prospecting own leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, or ZoomInfo.
• CRM experience; HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in B2B tech or SaaS; DMARC experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with current customers to understand needs and guide them to suitable security solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers to strengthen relationships and increase product adoption.
• Support revenue growth through proactive outreach and opportunity expansion, focusing on DMARC and email/network security.
